Remove TURN OFF COMPUTER from Start Menu in Windows XP

1. Go to 'Run'
2. Type "gpedit.msc"
3. Go to Computer Configuration--
    Windows Settings--
    Security Settings--
    Local Policies--
    User Rights Assignment
4. Double Click 'Shut down the system'
5. Add or Remove any particular User/s to whom you want to restrict the Shutdown.
